Comments:

I've worked a multitude of jobs since graduating from Terra Linda. Went to LA to be an actress-though I did act-I also was an expert waitress, bartender, & caterer which all prepared me for life. Currently working at UCSF x 9+ years
Married, divorced, & moved to Burlingame with my two young kids. Worked in mental health-I was told I got the job because I had been an actress and could handle all the crazies that would call late Friday afternoons.
Took my kids to the Seattle area and lived on Bainbridge Island till they graduated and were in college. Had my own pottery studio there and showed in local galleries. Worked in start ups, Amazon, environmental learning center. When laid off that last job the state of WA paid for me to go to film school where I studied documentary filmmaking and ended up working at the local access station programming the weekly shows, running the volunteers and producing my own monthly series "First Friday Gallery Walk" filming all the local artists work in the various galleries and then airing it through the month. That was really fun.
Now I'm back in the bay area where somehow I ended up working in Liver Transplant services-which led to a request to start up a new HCV program called Project Echo where I'm now the Program Manager-very odd and bemusing journey.
I take Instagrams and am having my first gallery show in Feb 2016 in SF.
My kids have travelled a lot and I've been to visit them in Ecuador-Taryn volunteering at a wildlife refuge and Hungary-visiting Hunter who still lives there. Went to the 10th and 15th reunions.

School Story:

always used to go to Mrs. Rocha's english class covered in clay.
Discovered ceramics w/John Dumas (I tried finding him to no avail). Loved Jack Hale, such a kind and generous teacher.
backstage theater with Sally Rupp
My life was art and theatre and reading.
I was an oddity when arriving at Vallecito from Turkey. Not too many military kids in the area at the time.LOVED Mr. Bedford-best teacher ever!
Went to COM, graduated SJSU, BA in Theatre, minor in ceramics.
